2. Service Eligibility

To access and use the services provided by Shukla Digital Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for account registration.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Shukla Digital Service, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as required during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Safeguard your login credentials and keep them confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules when using the services.

4. Recharge Services (Prepaid, DTH)

• Recharge services for prepaid mobile connections and DTH subscriptions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
• Shukla Digital Service is not responsible for any failure or delay in the activation of recharge services or any issues that arise from the third-party services.

5. BBPS Connect

• Bill payments via BBPS Connect are processed in accordance with the Bill Payment Service Providers' policies and procedures.
• Shukla Digital Service will not be liable for any issues related to billing discrepancies, failed transactions, or delayed processing.

6. Domestic Money Transfer (DMT)

DMT services allow for the transfer of funds to beneficiaries within India. By using this service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.

Shukla Digital Service reserves the right to verify the identity of the remitter and recipient.

7. AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System)

• AEPS services allow for transactions using Aadhaar-based authentication.
• Transactions may be subject to verification and authentication by UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) or other authorized bodies.
• Shukla Digital Service does not guarantee successful authentication and transaction completion and is not liable for any issues arising from such services.

8. Scan and Pay

• Scan and Pay services allow users to make payments by scanning QR codes.
• You agree to use this service only for legitimate transactions, and you are responsible for ensuring that the QR codes are valid and authentic.

9. Payout Services

• Payout services allow users to withdraw or transfer funds to their linked accounts.
• You are responsible for providing accurate details for payouts, and Shukla Digital Service is not liable for any incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

10. UPI Gateway

• UPI services allow users to transfer funds using UPI platforms.
• Transactions may be subject to additional charges and fees as per the respective financial institutions' policies.

11. Buy Insurance Policy

• Insurance policies available through Shukla Digital Service are provided by third-party insurance providers.
• You are encouraged to read and understand the terms and conditions of the respective insurance policies before making a purchase.
• Shukla Digital Service is not liable for the terms, coverage, or claims related to any insurance policy purchased.

12. Payment Terms

• All payments for services are subject to applicable fees, taxes, and charges.
• Payment transactions are processed through third-party payment gateways. Shukla Digital Service is not responsible for any issues related to payment gateways or delays.
